As the Bilingual Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, you will be providing support to a team of Client Solutions Managers while managing the administrative and reception duties for Gallagher Atlantic. You'll have the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of responsibilities to effectively support both our internal teams and external clients.


How you'll make an impact

  • Collaborate with fellow team members by answering incoming calls and connecting the caller to appropriate associate
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company; manages reception area to maintain a professional image
  • Receive, scan and forward incoming mail. Process outgoing mail
  • Ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Perform administrative tasks and operational support activities for Senior Leaders and colleagues
  • Act as a liaison with other divisions on basic administrative and operational matters
  • Provide backup support for the Admin COE
  • Access and review various insurance company portals to gather data
  • Print all necessary documents for mailout

What Leads To Your Success:
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office suites of products and ability to learn new systems and tools
  • Administrative experience in a corporate setting preferred
