Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist

Join Uline as a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist at our Toronto Branch. We are seeking a dedicated finance professional fluent in English and French to support our success in the shipping, industrial, and packaging materials industry.

Position Details

• Location : 3333 James Snow Parkway North, Milton, ON L9T 8L1
• Pay Range : CA$32.00 / hr - CA$36.00 / hr
• Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities

Build and maintain rapport with customers via phone and email.

Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.

Work with customers to resolve overdue payments and maintain low portfolio aging.

Collaborate with team members to minimize aging and bad debt.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Fluent in both verbal and written English and French.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Call center experience or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
