Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Veterinary Dentist or a Veterinarian with completed residency training to join our dedicated team at a highly respected, single-disciplinary dental practice. Our clinic, established in 2003, was the first facility in Canada to specialize exclusively in veterinary dental care for dogs and cats. We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing exceptional, personalized service and giving each patient the focused attention they deserve.

Unlike large referral centers, our clinic offers a more intimate approach where each doctor focuses on one client and patient at a time, from admission through to discharge, on an outpatient basis. This model allows us to provide top-tier dental care to a broader segment of the population with operational efficiency and a personalized touch.

About the Position

We're seeking an ambitious and compassionate professional who is looking to advance their career while enjoying a great work-life balance. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with no weekends, overnights, or emergency work . We have a highly experienced support team, including 5 RVTs, two of whom have been with us since the clinic’s inception. Our team’s experience and dedication are key to delivering the high standard of care our clients and their pets expect.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive health benefits (Medical, Dental, & Vision premiums covered by the clinic)
  • Professional services coverage (e.g., chiropractor, massage therapist, physiotherapist)
  • Enhanced mental health practitioner coverage
  • P3 Pawsitive Health & Lifestyle Spending Account
  • Unlimited Continuing Education (CE) funds for professional development + one week of paid leave for CE
  • RRSP matching
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid licensing and membership dues
  • Professional liability insurance coverage
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and personal emergency days
  • Generous veterinary discounts (75% off services for your own pets and an extended family / friends discount)
  • Clothing allowance
  • Eligibility for a performance bonus
  • Relocation assistance for out-of-town candidates
  • Immigration assistance for international applicants
