We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as an Account Executive, Business Sales for the Bell Canada campaign.

Starting agents can earn an average annual income of $62,000.

Agents with six months of tenure can earn approximately $88,000 annually.

Agents with one year or more of tenure can earn $99,000 or more annually.

What does OSL Direct offer?
  • Competitive base pay, car allowance, and an uncapped commission structure, plus monthly bonuses and rewards, with total annual earnings often reaching $80,000 - $90,000 or more based on performance. Top performers earn close to six figures.

  • Support and sell Bell products to small businesses using various hunting strategies.
  • Prospect potential customers in your territory to promote Bell Wireless, Fibe Internet, Business Phone, Fibe TV, and Security & Automation.
  • Visit small business clients in person to identify needs and offer tailored solutions with excellent customer service.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to develop strategies.
  • Use Salesforce CRM for territory and funnel management.
  • Represent Bell Canada’s brand with optimism, empathy, and integrity.
What keys to success do you need?
