*Job Summary*We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support business decisions. This role requires proficiency in data visualization tools and programming languages, as well as a strong understanding of database design and business analysis. The Data Analyst will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure data integrity and provide meaningful reports that drive strategic initiatives.*Duties** Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators and metrics.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs for data analysis projects.* Design and implement database structures that support efficient data storage, retrieval, and reporting.* Utilize SQL for querying databases, ensuring accurate data extraction for analysis purposes.* Conduct business analysis to assess the effectiveness of current processes and recommend improvements based on data findings.* Leverage programming languages such as R and VBA for advanced statistical analysis and automation of reporting tasks.* Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of analytical solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.*Experience** Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role is preferred.* Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization; experience with other BI tools is a plus.* Solid understanding of linked data concepts and their application in analytics.* Familiarity with database design principles and experience working with SQL databases is essential.* Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices is highly desirable.* Experience with programming languages such as R or VBA is advantageous for statistical analysis tasks.* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Join our team as a Data Analyst where your expertise will contribute significantly to our organization's success!Job Type: Full-timePay: $61,496.10-$74,059.82 per yearSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
