A leading transportation service company is seeking a Bid Specialist in Montreal to join its Urban Solutions team. This role involves managing the bid lifecycle and preparing winning proposals to support urban mobility projects. Within Lyft, the Lyft Urban Solutions (LUS) team delivers micromobility solutions. Our Montreal office is the birthplace of North America's first automated bike-share system, Bixi, which has since revolutionized urban mobility. The Bid Specialist will be an important member of the LUS Enterprise Business Intelligence & Bid Management (BIBM) Team. This team plays a critical role in the early stages of the sales process by analyzing the market, identifying key upcoming opportunities, and spearheading strategic efforts with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for and deliver winning bids and drive existing customer growth. Within the BIBM team, the Bid Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from pre-bid activities to the final submission of comprehensive and winning proposals.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Montreal area is CAD $73,440 - CAD $91,800. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
