Summary

This role involves bid coordination, supporting the planning, organization, and delivery of responses to calls for bids (RFP, RFI, RFQ). Responsibilities include developing responses, editing and reviewing final documents, and working with the sales team to optimize the RFP process.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify potential tenders on the market.
  • Review bid requirements and develop solutions.
  • Communicate potential tenders to Directors and Vice Presidents.
  • Support the sales and bid teams in creating response action plans.
  • Gather documentation for tender responses.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on responses.
  • Draft and develop tender response documents.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission.
  • Revise documents for quality and clarity.
  • Finalize and submit responses or renewals.
  • Maintain tender records in Excel and Salesforce.
  • Follow up on tender statuses.
  • Create manuals to standardize processes.
  • Assist in process improvements and other projects.
Requirements and Experience
  • DEC or relevant training.
  • 2-4 years in a similar role.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
