We are seeking a motivated and autonomous PCO/Data Analyst to drive account performance and provide strategic insights. This role involves monitoring and optimizing account metrics, financial performance, and operational efficiency through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies, contributing to continuous improvement across account management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze account finances, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
  • Conduct cost scrubbing and optimization to improve financial performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to visualize key account metrics and performance indicators.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate operational team performance and identify areas for optimization.

Contract Governance & Operational Alignment:

  • Lead governance calls to review contract performance and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Act as a key liaison between operational teams, professional services, and senior management.
  • Ensure alignment of operational activities with contract requirements and performance targets.
  • Manage contract baselines, change requests, and addendums, ensuring alignment with financial and performance goals.

Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and account management practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization software like MicroStrategy or Power BI).
  • Experience with database management and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in contract management and governance.
