Manager of Business Intelligence (BI) - Permanent FT

Location : London, ON

Hybrid-model : 2 days per week onsite (fully remote is NOT possible)

Start : ASAP

Requirements :

• Deep understanding of data visualization tools, data modeling, and business strategy
• At least 2-3 years of experience leading and managing a team of BI analysts and developers, with the ability to lead and motivate a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data-related roles with relevant professional certifications
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable BI solutions that support cross-functional business needs
• Strong expertise in SQL, data warehouses, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with ETL processes and data modeling techniques

Duties :

• Lead and manage a team of BI analysts and developers
• Monitor performance of BI systems and identify opportunities for improvement
