A leading engineering consulting firm in Winnipeg is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to manage document workflows and provide administrative support for multidisciplinary projects. KGS Group is seeking for a highly organized, detailed-oriented and proactive Bilingual (English/French) Administrative Assistant to join our Winnipeg 895 office. This role involves managing and organizing the workflow of documents for multidisciplinary engineering projects and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

As KGS Group continues to develop strong technical delivery teams, we are looking to add support with a focused bilingual administrative assistant to support our large water resource and multidisciplinary projects. You would be working on new and ongoing projects providing day to day administrative support. This role would focus on the document life cycle of all deliverables related to the project ensuring compliance of procedures, tracking of deliverables, working in collaboration with administrative and coordination staff, all while meeting project deadlines.
