Job summary

BESTSELLER Canada is seeking a Business Intelligence Intern in Montreal to support the BI team in analyzing, visualizing, and optimizing data for informed business decisions. You will help collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources and assist in building dashboards and reports.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to understand data needs and contribute to continuous improvement of BI tools. Fluency in English and French is valued.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills; experience with Power BI, or similar tools (is an asset).
• Strong interest in data, analytics, and problem-solving.
• Ability to structure information and clearly communicate insights.
• Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection, cleaning, and structuring of data from multiple sources.
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports (KPIs, sales, performance, operations).
• Help analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics) to understand their data needs.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement of BI tools and methodologies.
• Test and validate data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
