BI Analyst

Our client:
Is a healthcare provider undergoing a major digital transformation with an office in midtown Toronto.


This is a one year term - in a hybrid, remote-first role – ideally in office every second Monday (Midtown Toronto) but flexible depending on location.

Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

• Gather and understand reporting requirements from various business units
• Build, maintain and optimize BI reports and dashboards in PowerBI
• Collaborate with a small BI and data strategy team to ensure data accuracy and clarity
• Contribute to discussions around data insights and storytelling
• (optional) participate in ETL/ELT initiatives depending on interest / experience

Qualifications and pre-requisites:

• Proven experience in data analysis and BI report Development
• Proficiency with PowerBI or similar tools (Tableau, Qlik etc)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Healthcare or clinical data set experience an asset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Fabric and asset
