Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Leader to shape enterprise transformation programs across the BFSI sector.

This role combines data strategy, analytics, AI, consulting, business development, executive advisory, and delivery leadership. You will work with senior client stakeholders to define transformation priorities, shape large-scale opportunities, and guide teams from strategy through measurable value realization.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience across data, analytics, AI, and enterprise transformation.
• Deep expertise in data strategy, data architecture, governance, and data modernization.
• Strong data engineering knowledge: ETL/ELT, APIs, orchestration, data quality.
• Experience leading analytics and BI initiatives across enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.
• Knowledge of AI, GenAI, MLOps, responsible AI in business transformation.
• Experience defining enterprise solutions across Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Knowledge of BFSI regulatory compliance, privacy, security, resilience, and risk management.
• Proven success in consulting, business development, presales, solutioning, and executive stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and engage CXOs and senior leaders.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's/MBA and relevant certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with CDOs, CIOs, CAIOs, and senior leaders.
• Advise BFSI clients on data strategy, analytics transformation, AI adoption, governance, modernization, and operating models.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical transformation roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, steering committee discussions, and strategic client conversations.
• Drive growth for Data, Analytics, and AI services from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Shape large consulting and transformation engagements, including solution direction, value proposition, and delivery roadmap.
• Lead RFPs and proactive proposals, ensuring differentiated, feasible, and business-outcome-focused solutions.
• Build joint opportunities with account teams, alliance partners, technology providers, and consulting practices.
