We are currently seeking a BFSI Canada Sales Lead - Toronto to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

NTT DATA is seeking a BFSI Sales Lead to spearhead our go-to-market strategy and lead sales and business development initiatives within the Canadian BFSI segments. This high-visibility role is pivotal in expanding new logo growth, collaborating with internal subject matter experts and partners, and executing sales strategies to increase market share.
Drive Revenue & Profit: Focus on NTT DATA’s BFSI client and new logo accounts, achieving Total Contract Value (TCV), In-Year Revenue, and Gross Margin targets.
Collaborative Sales Leadership: Work closely with Client Executives, Consulting, and Solution Leads to create and pursue sales opportunities across the NTT DATA portfolio.
Executive Communication: Serve as the Sales Lead, managing executive-level communication with customer sponsors and NTT DATA senior leadership.
Demand Generation: Partner with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and lead generation activities, creating demand for specific solutions within new and existing accounts.
Portfolio Selling: Leverage all NTT DATA assets and capabilities to deliver unique, outcome-based solutions tailored to client needs.
Market Insight: Anticipate market and competitive trends, building value-based relationships with clients and positioning NTT DATA effectively.
Sales Achievement: Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in TCV, Revenue, or Gross Margin.
Proven Success: History of closing IT Services and/or Advisory Consulting deals exceeding $20 million+ TCV annually.
15 plus years in information technology services and or consulting services.
12 years selling IT Services and Consulting offerings, including professional and managed services in a quota-targeted role.
10 years domain experience and in-depth knowledge of Banking / Financial Services and experience with understanding of business trends and drivers to the c-suite.
Third-Party Advisory Exposure: Experience working with firms such as Everest, Gartner, ISG, Forrester, IDC, etc.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
