Job Description

Reports To : Food & Beverage Director & Assistant F&B Director

Supervises : All FOH team, including Lounge team – Lead Bartender / Bar Supervisor, Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, Barbacks

General Purpose : In conjunction with the Food & Beverage Director & Assistant Director, create and manage the beverage program for the restaurant and Banquets & Catering departments.

Responsibilities
Service + Team
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and high-quality food and beverage service.
  • Maintain 21c service standards and promote hospitality.
  • Engage with guests and team to promote beverage awareness and sales.
  • Develop and oversee beverage training and policies.
  • Manage beverage procurement, inventory, and financials.
Marketing
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote the beverage program.
  • Participate in and promote beverage and culinary events.
Operations & Admin
  • Manage beverage menus and maintain brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol policies and licenses.
  • Maintain beverage equipment and supplies.
General
  • Maintain professionalism and cleanliness.
  • Assist with tasks as assigned and adapt to changing circumstances.
Qualifications
  • Some college education.
  • 2-4 years in high-volume restaurant operation.
  • Minimum 1 year management experience.
  • Enthusiasm for 21c and pass background check.
