The position is a term/contract or full-time role with day, weekend, early morning, and morning shifts. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, able to work outdoors for long hours, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect fruit for signs of disease, pests, worms, and rot quickly and carefully.
• Select, pick, and sort row and orchard crops according to size and ripeness.
• Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce.
• Sort and pack fruits and ensure freshness and quality.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas and follow food safety practices.

• The candidate will be required to removes dry leaf debris from crop using both hands.
• The candidate must examine the quality of the product and get it ready for the market.
• The candidate will be expected to uphold and follow food safety policies and practises.
• The candidate will be expected to keep work areas clean, orderly, and well-organized.
