Benefits Specialist

Join Go Auto as a Benefits Specialist!

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to optimize employee benefits programs, manage disability initiatives, and ensure compliance. Apply now for this impactful role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Reconcile monthly benefit statements to ensure accurate benefit uploads.
  2. Reconcile bank withdrawals with billing statements monthly.
  3. Manage benefit chargebacks from the parent company to subsidiaries within Go Auto.
  4. Support the administration of disability claims (Short Term, Long Term, Workers’ Compensation) and generate detailed reports on earnings related to these claims.
  5. Process new hires and terminations in UKG for employees on Short Term Disability.
  6. Calculate and process Short Term Disability payments.
  7. Collaborate with benefit providers and third-party administrators for benefits management.
  8. Handle annual HSA/LSA allocations.
  9. Address employee and manager inquiries.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains.
  11. Provide team support and backup as needed.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Benefits Administration
  • Working knowledge of Payroll is an asset
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
