Job description

Leahy Consulting Services is looking to fill the position of Benefits Specialist, a key role on our team.

Primary areas of responsibility are:

  • Key contributor in designing and delivering support through written and in-person communications for each client’s Employee Engagement Strategies, spanning benefits education and total well-being
  • Corporate and Member support – ranging from eligibility and billing resolution to claims and benefit enrollment support
  • Compliance – working with our clients, using various resources, to assure full program compliance with all the various regulations & requirements

We work closely on a team basis, supporting one another to deliver the highest level of service possible.
