On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Benefits Realization Consultant - Healthcare to support the delivery of a comprehensive benefits realization strategy. This includes enhancing a system-wide toolkit, developing approximately 12 case study evaluations, and establishing a clear monitoring and evaluation framework.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development of a benefits realization framework by collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
  2. Develop digital transformation case studies focused on KPIs such as ROI and VOI, both retrospective and future-oriented.
  3. Engage with key stakeholders through workshops to identify, define, and track benefits.
  4. Apply principles of benefits realization in healthcare, emphasizing digital transformation outcomes.
  5. Utilize KPIs, facilitate benefits realization workshops, and employ reporting tools effectively.
  6. Communicate effectively with senior and executive leaders through written, oral, and presentation skills.
  7. Support change management initiatives, including training and adoption of frameworks across departments.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to benefits realization and digital transformation.
  9. Create program and project documentation such as scope, communication plans, requirements, closure reports, and presentations.
  10. Lead process review and improvement initiatives to ensure smooth transitions in workflows.
  11. Coordinate with team members to optimize workflows, gather support content, and define project actions.
  12. Educate stakeholders on new processes, gather feedback, and share ideas.
  13. Manage project communications internally and externally.
  14. Document findings, recommendations, and technical/business requirements.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to meet the project requirements as outlined.
  • Experience in leadership roles, project management, or health informatics within healthcare, complemented by consulting best practices.
