What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Benefits Apprentice, you’ll spend your first year in a hands-on, apprenticeship-style program, learning from our founder’s 30+ years of experience while building your sales pipeline:

  • Develop BDR Skills: Learn to generate leads, conduct outreach (calls, emails), and qualify prospects for SMB group benefits plans—no prior experience needed!
  • Grow into a Licensed Broker: Follow a clear 1-year path to becoming a licensed benefits broker, with mentorship every step of the way. You’ll eventually earn a piece of annual renewals, reaping the rewards of your long-term efforts and building a lasting career at RiskX.

Pay: From $50,000-55,000 per year

OTE: $80,000(Through performance bonuses)
