We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our Technical Department’s dynamic team at our Vancouver branch. As a Bench Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing various dental appliances and related products, following manufacturers' repair instructions.

Essential Functions

• Obtain necessary approvals from customers by submitting repair cost assessments.
• Repair, gauge, modify, and update defective equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Meet deadlines according to established standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and testing results.
• Manage the loaner fleet, including repairs and availability.
• Understand equipment operation to support customers with usage and maintenance.
• Serve as a reference for other technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Electronics diploma or relevant experience.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• 2-3 years of repair work experience.
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledge of the dental or medical industry is an asset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
