We are looking for a Bell Captain to assist the guest services manager in managing the bell staff and overseeing concierge tasks to ensure exceptional service. Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Physical Requirements: Heavy; handling loads up to 35 kg; primarily indoor work.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in a Front Office or customer-facing role
• Knowledge of hotel systems is a plus
• Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field is advantageous
• Professional, organized, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license or equivalent
• Oversee bell desk operations and ensure standard operating procedures are followed
• Share guest service best practices through coaching
• Manage daily operations across guest experience outlets (Concierge, Bellhops, Pool Attendant, Ski-Bike Valet)
• Provide guest services including greeting, luggage assistance, reservations, shuttle bookings, parking, and hotel amenities assistance
