Monarch House is seeking a Behaviour Interventionist to implement programs for children and youth with complex needs. The role involves supporting skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors in a supportive, community-based setting. Candidates should have relevant education and a clear criminal record check, and be prepared to work in fast-paced environments.
As aBehaviour Interventionist (BI)at Monarch House your primary responsibility is implementing programs designed and supervised by a senior clinical team (of speech pathologists, by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst BCBAs, Occupational therapists and physical therapists) to clients receiving services from Monarch House. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to support skill acquisition and/or decrease maladaptive behaviors while providing an engaging and positive client experience in a fast paced and frequently changing environment.
Please note that we do not offer LMIA or independent contractor setup
Work setup: Community-based in the NW quadrant. Part-time.
Salary:starting at $23.5 - 25 per hour
