Rate & Policy:

• Bill Rate: $68.00/hr
• Overtime Rate: $68.00/hr
• Holiday Rate: $82.96/hr
• Call Rate: $7.00/hr
• Charge Rate: $73.00/hr
• Cancellation Policy: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for shorter assignments

Unit: Behavioral Health & Crisis Stabilization | Type: Psychiatric Unit | Division: Allied Care | Setting: Acute

Shift Length: 12 hours | Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week | Experience: 2 Years | Certifications: BLS, LPT

Additional Details:

• Trauma Level: 2
• Charting System: Cerner
• Unit Notes: No prescreen, send directly to unit; need 2 supervisor references from submitting modality (1 within 12 months, 1 within 3 years); candidates may not have been directly employed by related facilities within past year; PRN outside firms considered.
• Patient Ratio: 4:1 licensed staff to patients, 6:1 RN to patients
• Patients: Medically stable with psychiatric diagnoses
• Job Duties: VS, documentation, interaction with behavioral health patients
• Shift Hours: 0645-1915, EOW, First to float to Emergency Dept for behavioral health monitoring
• Dress Code: Maroon scrubs (not provided)
• Orientation: 2 shifts
