Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and inspire the team to deliver memorable service.
• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, manage budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates and assets by following safety, security rules and company policies.
• Ensure the store always looks its best.
