Job summary

Sally Beauty Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, manage store operations, and uphold safety and policy standards while modeling the brand’s values.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching and hands-on involvement in all aspects of daily store performance, with opportunities for growth within a globally recognized beauty brand.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee store operations with budget, expenses, sales growth and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by following safety, security rules and company policies.
• Keep the store looking its best.
