Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee store operations with emphasis on meeting/exceeding sales goals, budget control, and inventory.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by following safety policies and procedures.
