Job summary

Sally Beauty Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all areas and help run a busy beauty retail location. You will lead the team, drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold store standards to deliver outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational and financial oversight, and a passion for hair and beauty. This position offers growth opportunities within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• As Assistant Manager you support the Store Manager in all areas and are responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present.
• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer receives a great experience.
• Oversee store operations with focus on budget, expenses, sales growth, and inventory management.
• Ensure staff follows safety and company policies and keep the store looking its best.
