SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs, promote sales of beauty products, encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Promote a positive environment, provide superior customer service, actively model desired behaviors, promote products and in-store events.
3. OPERATIONS: Exhibit and promote products and services, attend vendor training, adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. GENERAL: Comply with health, safety, store policies, loss prevention, act professionally, and perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Independent thinking.
• Selling skills in cosmetics.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven consultative and selling experience.
• Knowledge of beauty products and services.
• Ability to conduct consultations and demonstrate application.
• Strong communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to bend and stretch for stocking shelves.
