To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Expectations:
   • Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs.
   • Possess a positive, sales-oriented attitude.
   • Promote sales of beauty products and encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
2. Customer Service:
   • Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
   • Prioritize customer satisfaction and provide superior service.
   • Use eClienteling to enhance customer interactions.
   • Promote products and in-store events actively.
3. Operations:
   • Exhibit and promote company products and services.
   • Attend vendor training and educational sessions.
   • Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. General:
   • Comply with health, safety, and store policies.
   • Maintain professionalism at all times.
   • Perform other duties as required.
5. Qualifications:
   • Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
   • Independent thinking.
   • Selling skills in cosmetics.
6. Experience:
   • Proven consultative and selling experience.
   • Knowledge of beauty products and ability to conduct consultations.
   • Strong communication skills.
7. Physical Requirements:
   • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
   • Climb ladders and stock shelves.

Salary range: $17.95 per hour, based on experience, knowledge, and location.
