DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Provide superior customer service and promote a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
• Use eClienteling to enhance customer experience.
• Promote products and book appointments for in-store events.

OPERATIONS:

• Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services.
• Attend vendor training and workshops.
• Adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.

GENERAL:

• Follow health and safety regulations, store policies, and loss prevention policies.
• Act professionally at all times and perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong selling skills in cosmetics, with proven consultative and sales experience.
• Good knowledge of beauty products and services.
• Ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stock shelves.
