SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs.
• Possess a "selling is fun" attitude.
• Promote sales of beauty products.
• Encourage customers to participate in the PC Optimum program.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
• Always put the customer first and provide superior customer service.
• Use eClienteling to model desired behavior and enhance customer interactions.
• Promote products through marketing and encourage use of the PC Optimum program.
• Book appointments for in-store events.

OPERATIONS:

• Exhibit and promote the company's products and services.
• Attend vendor training sessions and workshops.
• Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.

GENERAL:

• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to store policies and loss prevention procedures.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to think independently and make decisions.
• Selling skills specifically in cosmetics.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven consultative and selling experience.
• Good knowledge of beauty products and services.
• Ability to conduct consultations and demonstrate application techniques.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to bend and stretch for stocking shelves.
