Summary:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Expectations: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs, promote sales of beauty products, encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
2. Customer Service: Promote a positive environment, provide superior customer service, actively model desired behaviors, promote products and in-store events.
3. Operations: Exhibit and promote products and services, attend vendor schools and workshops, adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. General: Comply with health, safety, store policies, loss prevention policies, act professionally, perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Independent thinking and decision-making.
• Selling skills in Cosmetics.

Experience:

• Proven consultative and selling skills with a track record.
• Knowledge of beauty products and services.
• Ability to conduct consultations and demonstrate application.
• Strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, and stretch to stock shelves.
