SUMMARY: To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Expectations
   • Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs
   • Maintain a positive attitude towards selling
   • Promote sales of beauty products
   • Encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE:
   • Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers
   • Always prioritize the customer and provide superior service
   • Model desired behaviors with eClienteling to enhance customer service
   • Promote products and encourage use of the PC Optimum program
   • Promote and book appointments for in-store events
3. OPERATIONS:
   • Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services
   • Attend vendor training and educational sessions
   • Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards
4. GENERAL:
   • Comply with health and safety regulations
   • Adhere to store policies and procedures
   • Implement loss prevention policies
   • Act professionally at all times
   • Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Independent thinking and decision-making ability
• Selling skills in cosmetics

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven consultative skills and sales track record
• Knowledge of beauty products and services
• Ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrations
• Strong communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to bend and stretch for stocking shelves
