SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Expectations
2. Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs
3. Possess a “selling is fun” attitude
4. Promote sales of beauty products
5. Encourage customers to participate in the PC Optimum program

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

1. Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers
2. Always prioritize the customer and provide superior customer service
3. Use eClienteling to model desired behaviors and enhance customer experience
4. Promote products through marketing and encourage PC Optimum program use
5. Book appointments for in-store events

OPERATIONS:

1. Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services
2. Attend vendor training and educational sessions
3. Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards

GENERAL:

1. Follow health and safety regulations
2. Adhere to store policies and procedures
3. Implement loss prevention policies
4. Act professionally at all times
5. Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
