Job summary

ILIA Beauty is seeking an experienced Sales and Education Advisor to enhance in-store client experience in the Kelowna area. You will champion ILIA’s clean color category and educate store teams on our unique point of difference, driving sales and loyalty through training and relationship-building.

The role reports to the Canada West Sales, Artistry & Education Account Executive and requires strong communication, organization and a willingness to travel between stores to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beauty industry experience as a professional makeup artist or brand ambassador
• Must live in the Kelowna, BC metropolitan area or listed territory
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Reliable form of transportation
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
• Exceptional time management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events and relationship building
• Coordinate store visit schedules with managers and strategize plans to achieve goals
• Create monthly calendars to support focus doors and achieve sales goals
• Educate store teams on hero products to increase recommendations and sales
• Develop brand advocates in stores by training on selling and service behaviors
• Track and monitor event sales impact and post-visit opportunities
• Initiate innovative ways to impact sales and retail results
• Train all retail staff on brand products and selling skills
• Activate store visit calendar and recap successes, opportunities, and action plans
