Job summary

Headkount is seeking a Brand Advisor to cover the Calgary, AB market. You will build lasting relationships with stores, brands and retail employees to boost productivity and sales.

This role offers part-time scheduling at various beauty retailer locations within Calgary, with training and education support to ensure success. A strong background in beauty retail and confident product education are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with beauty brands or beauty retailers.
• Excellent beauty retail selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty retail events.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional conduct in-store and team player.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Must have a working smartphone.
• Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual & reliable.
• Achieve sales goals.
• Educate the retail staff on brands for the day by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies.
• Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines.
• Host & participate in branded events, ensuring that sales goals are achieved.
• Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift.
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.
