Job description

Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do.

Why this role is important?

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
2. Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
3. Be an expert in assigned areas of product inventory, placement, and expiry dates.
4. Maintain store standards related to image and current trends.
5. Ensure product displays are consumer-focused and 'shoppable'.
6. Achieve daily sales targets.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

1. Maintain a clean image in accordance with uniform policy and dress code.
2. Take initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles.
3. Possess knowledge of the cosmetics market.
4. Demonstrate strong customer service skills.

GENERAL:

1. Comply with all health and safety regulations.
2. Follow all store standards.
3. Adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures.
4. Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
2. Efficient, organized, and neat.
3. Adaptability to changing situations on the sales floor.
4. Cash handling responsibilities requiring accuracy and efficiency.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Some computer and cash register skills.
2. Well-organized with good record-keeping abilities.
3. Detail-oriented.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Self-motivated.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

1. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Ability to climb ladders.
