The ideal Beauty Manager will:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES EXPECTATIONS:

  • Utilize corporate sales tracking tools and dashboards to set sales goals and meet targets
  • Sell to customers and coach/mentor staff in selling skills
  • Ensure sales are maximized through effective sales techniques
  • Ensure staff achieve productivity objectives

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Always put the customer first and provide superior customer service
  • Monitor and communicate CSI survey results and objectives with team members
  • Model desired behavior with eClienteling to enhance customer experience
  • Book appointments for events and manage annual event schedule
  • Promote products through marketing and encourage use of the PC Optimum program
  • Ensure staff are trained to beauty sales standards

TEAM LEADERSHIP:

  • Mentor, coach, train, and motivate staff
  • Create an environment where selling is enjoyable
  • Prepare performance appraisals in collaboration with the Front Store Manager
  • Articulate and demonstrate “Blue Culture Principles” and C.O.R.E Values
  • Foster an environment supporting these principles and values

OPERATIONS:

  • Utilize corporate sales tools to continuously track sales
  • Ensure cosmetic operating standards are maintained
  • Identify peak hours and schedule shifts accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Independent thinking and decision-making abilities when addressing customer needs
  • Ability to act on tasks and goals outlined by management
  • Develop a yearly personal development plan
  • Work collaboratively with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals
  • Cosmetic industry experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Previous team leadership experience
