To manage resources of the Beauty department in order to maximize and achieve sales targets.

The ideal Beauty Manager will:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES EXPECTATIONS:
  • Utilize corporate Sales Tracking Tools and Dashboard to set sales goals and meet targets
  • Selling to customers and coaching/mentoring staff in selling skills
  • Ensure sales are maximized through effective sales techniques
  • Ensure staff achieve productivity objectives
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
  • Always put the customer first and provide superior customer service
  • Monitor and communicate CSI survey results and objectives with team members
  • Model desired behaviors with eClienteling to provide superior customer service
  • Book appointments for events and manage the annual incremental event schedule
  • Promote products through marketing and encourage use of the PC Optimum program
  • Ensure staff are trained to beauty sales standards
TEAM LEADERSHIP:
  • Mentor, coach, train, and motivate staff
  • Create an environment where “selling is fun”
  • Prepare performance appraisals in collaboration with the Front Store Manager
  • Articulate and demonstrate “Blue Culture Principles” and C.O.R.E Values
  • Foster an environment supporting “Blue Culture Principles” and “C.O.R.E Values”
OPERATIONS:
  • Use corporate sales tools to track sales continuously
  • Ensure Cosmetic Operating Standards are in place
  • Identify “peak hours” and schedule shifts accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Independent thinking and decision-making for customer issues
  • Ability to act upon tasks and goals outlined by management
  • Develop a yearly personal development plan
  • Work collaboratively with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager
EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven sales achievement record
  • Cosmetic industry experience
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer service orientation
  • Leadership experience in team management
