SUMMARY: To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs.
• Maintain a positive, engaging attitude towards selling.
• Promote sales of beauty products and encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
• Always prioritize customer needs and deliver superior service.
• Use eClienteling to enhance customer interactions.
• Promote products and in-store events actively.

OPERATIONS:

• Exhibit and promote company products and services.
• Attend training sessions and adhere to cosmetic operating standards.

GENERAL:

• Follow health, safety, and store policies.
• Act professionally at all times.
• Perform additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Independent thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Selling skills in cosmetics or luxury goods.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven consultative and selling skills.
• Knowledge of beauty products and ability to conduct consultations.
• Previous experience with SDM cosmetics is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and stock shelves.
