Overview

Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty, and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the center of everything you do.

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Promotion: Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs; promote sales of beauty products; encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program.
2. Customer Service: Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers; provide superior customer service; actively promote products and in-store events; utilize eClienteling for personalized service.
3. Operations: Promote company products and services; attend training sessions; adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
4. General: Follow health and safety regulations; comply with store policies; act professionally; perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills; ability to think independently.
• Selling skills, especially in cosmetics or luxury goods.

Experience

• Proven consultative and selling experience with a track record of success.
• Knowledge of beauty products and services; ability to conduct consultations and demonstrate applications.

Physical Requirements
