DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards selling.

  • Encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Create a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
  • Provide superior customer service, always putting the customer first.
  • Utilize eClienteling to enhance customer experience.
  • Promote products and in-store events actively.

OPERATIONS:

  • Exhibit and promote company products and services.
  • Attend vendor training and workshops.
  • Follow Cosmetics Operating Standards.

GENERAL:

  • Comply with health, safety, and store policies.
  • Follow loss prevention procedures.
  • Act professionally at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
