The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary goal is to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for passionate beauty enthusiasts eager to assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary knowledge. Bring your passion and personality—we'll handle the rest!

Your Role at Sally Beauty

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work flexible schedules to accommodate various needs.
