Sephora Canada is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized beauty experiences, providing tailored consultations and expert recommendations in a friendly retail setting. You will stay current with trends, promote products, and help clients build confidence.

The role supports part-time scheduling (15–29 hrs/wk) with potential for peak coverage; compensation ranges CAD$19.20–CAD$22.60 per hour, plus performance bonuses and benefits. Training and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Meaningful Rewards

• The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr.
