Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor in Lethbridge. You will welcome clients, provide personalized consultations, and recommend products to help them feel confident and beautiful.

You'll stay current with trends, maintain a clean, inviting store environment, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional service. Competitive hourly pay CAD$17.00–$20.00 with bonus potential and full benefits.

• Deliver personalized beauty experiences: Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client's needs.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
