1. As a Beauty Advisor, you will:
   Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance & Cash areas. Greet all clients with enthusiasm, provide courteous service, determine clients' needs, suggest products, and communicate product knowledge. Provide makeovers as required.
2. Training & Development:
   Ensure that "in-depth" brand training is successfully completed for designated team members. Actively pursue additional product knowledge. Cross train other Beauty Advisors.
3. Operational Excellence:
   Participate in inventory control, communicate inventory issues to the Manager, ensure compliance with sampling policies, be knowledgeable of special events, and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.

We'd love to hear from you if...
You have one to three years' experience in retail or service industry. You have excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels. You can have a flexible work schedule and work days, nights, and weekends.
