As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance & Cash areas.

• Passionate about Clients: Greet clients with enthusiasm, provide courteous and knowledgeable service, determine needs, suggest products, communicate product knowledge, and provide makeovers as needed.
• Training & Development: Complete in-depth brand training, pursue additional product knowledge, and cross-train with other Beauty Advisors.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory control, communicate issues to management, ensure compliance with sampling policies, stay informed about store events, participate in loss prevention programs, and be knowledgeable of cashier functions if designated.

• You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and can influence at all levels.
• You are flexible with your schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
