Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Beauty Advisor to greet clients with warmth and confidence at our Calgary store. You will provide personalized consultations, share product knowledge, and help clients discover beauty solutions that boost their confidence.

You will stay on top of trends, support inventory and merchandising, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment while meeting scheduling needs and sales goals in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
