Sephora Canada is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Edmonton Meadows to welcome clients with warmth and confidence. You will provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, helping clients feel beautiful and informed throughout their shopping journey.

As part-time staff, you will stay ahead of trends, share product knowledge, and maintain a welcoming, organized space while working flexible hours. A performance-based bonus, benefits, and learning opportunities are available.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours:
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 0-14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
